Yesterday I put my laptop away and sat for many wonderful hours creating the last of the bookmarks that I need to make. I've ordered some new business cards from vista print so hopefully they'll arrive tomorrow so that I can get round to posting everything to SarasTextureCrafts so that she can arrange them into little goodie bags which will either be given away at a craft fair or you can win them on her blog. So I never know it may bring a little traffic to my shop as its probably been a month since I sold something if not more but I aren't complaining too much as there are some people who haven't sold anything and have been here as long as me. I hope to have a great creative week to post some fresh stuff to the shop, will have to see how that goes.
Anyway I'm sure your wanting to see what I've created....
Well I had to get a butterfly in somewhere didn't I... only kidding, this paper has been floating around my room and irritating me so I picked it up and stuck it to the back and the front of some pale green card to match the colour of the butterfly paper background. I then didn't feel like covering up the paper so....
only stuck a butterfly in the corner. I first backed this butterfly peel off on to pale pink and purple paper then cut around it. I stuck it down with foam so it has a slight raised effect which make it stand out :)...
I then added wavy border peels off to add a bit more embellishment to it...
finishing it off with an eyelet and so very nasty looking ribbon, I don't like it as it looks so scruffy but its meant to be like that so I left it....
now its going to flutter off to a new home :)

My daughers would love these butterflies!
I don't know if I have anymore butterflies left as it was mainly flowers with the odd butterfly but I just love their colour and delicate detail. We have a place called Tropical World here which has butterflies fluttering all over which wasn't nice so I think I like the look of them rather then the actual animal itself.
